Artwork Guidelines

FILE FORMAT
As a starting point, we only receive “High-Quality Print” PDF files from both PC and Mac software.
We recommend exporting files at the “High-Quality Printing” setting.
Before exporting your file as a PDF, convert all text to outlines and embed all images. Include a screenshot or .jpg proof for content verification.
If you generated a 3D model of your trade show display please attach it to your files
If you are not able to generate a “High-Quality Print” PDF, we accept the following software generated file formats.
Files:
Photoshop.PSD. Include all layers, paths, channels, links, and fonts.
Illustrator.AI Convert text to outlines and include all linked images (do not embed images).
InDesign and QuarkXpress files are not recommended for large format printing. We only accept “High-Quality Printing” PDF’s generated from these software programs.
If you have a render of your next trade show display please send it to us indicating the exact location of your artwork.
TEMPLATES
Artwork templates in PDF format for all graphics sizes can be downloaded on our website.
You will find color-coded guidelines that will help you set up the elements in your artwork. All relevant information should be placed in the designated safe area.
Please extend Background images all the way to the ends of the document template.
CONTINUOUS IMAGES
To make it a continuous image, make sure the graphics meet up at the dashed lines.
To make it continuous, both, the end of one panel dashed points, must be the beginning of the next panel.
RESOLUTION
The best results are achieved when the resolution of images, are between 72-125 DPI at the final print size (full size). Images submitted at higher than 125 DPI will create larger file sizes without any visible gain in print quality.
COLOR
All colors must be defined in CMYK. If converted from RGB to CMYK significant color changes can occur, please proof your colors prior to submission.
Pantone Spot Colors may be requested, but exact color matches are not always possible. Reference printouts will be considered for layout only, not as an actual color reference.
If a color layout cannot be sent, include a .jpg, .pdf (screen optimized) or screenshot file. Clearly mark filename as”proof”. For black use (Process Black).
FILE TRANSFER
All files sent by WeTransfer should be compressed (.sit, .rar, or .zip)
PROOFING
Proof prints, if required, are approx. 12″ x 12”. Please allow for additional production time when proofs are required. Final order delivery will be delayed by the time required to ship and confirm proofs.
DOUBLE SIDE PRINTING
If you will be printing a light-colored background of your graphics on one side and dark colorful prints on the other side, please remember, it may be possible that due to light and ambient light conditions, the darker graphics can be slightly seen on the light color background side of the panel of your trade show display.
TURNAROUND TIME
Turnaround time for most prints is 7-10 days, plus shipping timing to the destination. Please contact your sales representative for an exact schedule of your order.

THE GOLDEN RULE
Remember the golden rule is to check your file at 100% or real pixels, that way you will make sure everything is ok (avoid blurring images if you can).
It’s important to follow the guidelines and use images that will allow you to scale them to the final size.
That’s why if you want to make sure of the final result. What you see at 100% is what will print out.
